Our Story

We began as a focused sustainability consultancy, committed to helping organisations embed Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles into strategy and operations. From the outset our work was pragmatic and outcome-driven: GHG inventories, sustainability reporting, SLL advisory and LCA work that delivered measurable environmental and commercial benefits for clients.

To scale that impact we intentionally onboarded senior experts and subject-matter specialists with deep, practical experience in compliance, central-bank expectations and regulatory practice across the GCC. That combination of sustainability expertise and regulatory insight allowed us to translate high-level commitments into audit-ready programmes and defensible technical outputs.

Our regional work in financial services — particularly IFRS 9 ECL modelling, validation and related capital work — earned strong client and auditor feedback. Those engagements shaped a new Financial Risk vertical at ESGWeise, expanding our capability set to include ICAAP & stress-testing and regulator-facing control frameworks.

Building on our consulting experience, we packaged practitioner-led knowledge into structured training programmes. Today our training division is the fastest growing part of ESGWeise: senior practitioners from Big-Four and regional markets deliver concise, outcome-focused courses that build internal capacity and translate technical solutions into lasting change.
